President Rouhani described Iranian ambassadors as representatives of the Iranian nation, history, and high culture, stressing the need to deepen commercial and economic ties with other countries.
Referring to the importance of development of cooperation and joint ventures by companies and the private sectors of the two countries, President stressed the development of relations and cooperation between the two countries in various fields of business, economy, energy, petrochemicals, machinery, health, environment and tourism.
Hossein Jaberi Ansari, a senior assistant to the Iranian foreign minister, has discussed the latest regional ‎developments and ongoing efforts to resolve the crisis in Yemen in a meeting with the Omani Minister ‎Responsible for Foreign Affairs Yusuf bin Alawi. ‎
President described Iran-Netherlands relations long-standing and close, saying, “We are willing to deepen relations with the Netherlands in all fields, especially economy and banking”.
President described development of relations with African countries, including Senegal, as one of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s policies and stressed that Iranian companies were ready to have more active presence in Senegal for carrying out developmental projects.
Speaking on Tuesday in a meeting with the new Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Tehran, President Hassan Rouhani said, “Development of relations and ties with Bosnia and Herzegovina in different fields is very important for Iran”.
Stressing that the Islamic Republic of Iran considers South Africa as its close friend, President said, “With regard to the closeness of the two nations, we are willing to establish closer ties with the popular and democratic government of South Africa”.
